If you would like to know a little about me please read on, if not then just skip this!!
My name is Carole Bourne, born July 1962 and I have two children; a girl who is currently at University and a boy studying GCSE’s. I live near Ashford, Kent.
I have previously worked in the hotel industry in London and in public relations but did devote several years to bringing up my two children. Recently I obtained an honours degree in Psychology. Whilst studying Psychology I became very clear in my belief that we are a unique blend of nature and nurture. For me, a natural progression from my degree studies was to train to become a Personal Development Life Coach. I have a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy, the largest UK school for coaching.
I strongly believe that we can all choose how we perceive our life and the world around us, and a positive attitude is essential to ensure you are not held back by negative experiences. There is always a positive aspect to every situation, although it may be very hard to see at the time!
I have experienced several challenging life experiences and by focussing on the positive aspects of each situation I have managed to move forward in my life.
Personal life coaching is a passion for me; I have seen my clients change in their attitudes, confidence, self-belief and outlook, and have also witnessed their amazing ability to face some extremely tough emotions head on. All changes were positive for them and moved them forward to a happier and healthier future.
