My name is Carole and I hope you find inspiration when perusing this site.  If you are looking to take control of your life and make it more fulfilling, rewarding and, well, just more ‘you’ then you have taken the first step you need to achieving that.

Everyone has heard of the phrase “The grass isn’t always greener on the other side” well I would like you to view things from a different perspective!  The phrase implies that sometimes it actually is, although most people use this phrase in a negative way to stop someone taking dramatic action.    My philosophy, reflected in my web name, is that the grass could be greener wherever you are.  Maybe the grass actually could be greener ‘on the other side’ and you need to take a deep breath and go for it.  But alternatively, the grass could be greener exactly where you are, with a little nurturing and attention.

My role is to enable you to discover the real you and what is important to you.  Only then can you work on making your own personal life richer and more enjoyable.  This may mean looking carefully at where you are, then taking small but incisive steps to change things, or it may mean making tough decisions and working them through step by step to achieve your greater goal.

Together we can find your own confidence and positive self-belief to ensure you reach your full potential.  Whether you wish to have less stress, more control of your own life, take on more responsibility, learn to delegate, find a true soul mate, improve any relationship, leave an unhealthy relationship, or change/further your career, we can find the right route for you. The key to all of life’s challenges is being true to yourself and having the confidence, belief and skills available to achieve them.
